Bouvines meetings are organised as "off" meetings.

All participants must have registered using the registration form.

All expenses (men and horses travel, food) are borne by the participants.

A private ground is available to set up camp. Straw and wood for fire camp (as well as access to toilets) is provided.

Paddocks for the horses can be laid out in a meadow (an inclusive fee will be charged).

The Bouvines 1214 organizers cannot be held responsible for theft or damage committed during meetings.

People not fulfilling the project specifications or unregistered persons will be denied access to the site.
