Registration Requirements

Every participant must be of age.

The collective exclusively gathers members participating in the re-enactment of the battle of Bouvines. Joining the collective is free but subject to validation during registration.

Members re-enacting a knight must be riders. No specific level is required, riders just have to be comfortable enough on horseback with their equipment. The horses’ rental and their dispatch to the meeting location shall be borne by the participants.

Women can join the project. However, they are asked to wear a male equipment (specifications) disguising their physical attributes.

During the annual meeting, a financial contribution is requested to each participant to cover the lease of the Ligerville ground (+ water and straw).

Each participant must ensure to be covered by an insurance suited to the activities performed during the meeting.

All participants must comply with these conditions.

Rates:
 Fighters: 15€ (supplies of wood, water, straw and ground rental)

 Civilians: free (Only civilians accompanying fighters are accepted)

 Application to the Bouvines 1214 association: 5€ (Optional - Beware: to join the association you must have participated in at least one meeting).

Individual registration is required for all participants: fighters and civilians.
